Friant offers both standard and quick-ship lead times. Please review the below list to obtain the estimated lead time on specific product offerings. To avoid delays, please send P.O.’s via fax to (510) 535-6895 or submit in PDF format via email at orders@www.friant.com.

Standard Orders $70,000 net or less are estimated to ship within the posted product lead-time.
Quick ship orders that are $20,000 net or less are estimated to ship within the posted lead time for Quick ship orders.

Please contact your assigned Vice President of Sales to inquire about specific lead times for Standard Orders over $70,000 net and for Quick ship orders over $20,000 net. VP of Sales will confirm the estimated lead-time for the specific order.

Posted lead times are valid for orders up to $70,000. For lead times of larger orders, please contact customer service or your local sales rep. 

Lead times are on business days only (weekends & holidays not included). Lead times are subject to availability.

Lead times begin the date the acknowledgement is received.

* Lead times for custom items begin when approved drawing is received.* 

Acknowledged ship dates are estimated and subject to variances in production schedule. Changes will be communicated in writing immediately.  

Scheduling Will Call Pick Up

Please consult your Will Call Notice to specify from which location(s) to pick up your order.

  •  Ensure that the “Will Call” date (within stated lead times) is noted on your PO when it is submitted. If the Will Call date is not specified, the ship date on your order acknowledgment will be your Will Call date.
  • Will Call Notice is required at the time of pick up. A “Will Call Notice” will be  e-mailed to you the day prior to your pick up date. Please ensure that your P.O. contains the correct email address for the recipient who must receive the Will Call Notice.
  • All deposits and any outstanding balances must be received by our Accounting  Department by noon the day prior to the “Will Call” date. If you have any  questions at all please feel free to contact your Customer Service Representative.
