Shipping and Orders

Friant offers products within a variety of leadtimes.  Dealers can access a list of posted leadtimes 24/7 in the Dealer Resource Center at https://dealers.friant.com/standard-lead-times/. All leadtimes are estimated due to current supply chain constraints.  Friant will make every effort to ship orders within the posted leadtimes.  For orders over $80k net or $380k list, please contact your sales rep or customer service rep for the estimated leadtime.

 When ready to place any order, please send your PO via email to orders@friant.com.  We ask that you include a pdf copy of the PO along with the .sp4 file/.sif file if available.

 Dealers can access the status of any in house or shipped orders online in the Dealer Resource Center at https://dealers.friant.com/my-account/my-orders/.  Acknowledgments, orders statuses, deposit info, invoices and tracking are all available via this link.
